The Book

"… we are unable to affirm that all
interpreters of the Bible speak by Divine inspiration for if that were so there
would exist no differences among them about the sense of a given passage."
Galileo Galilei: 1615
Quote from Letter to the Grand Duchess Christina of Tuscany.
"A Pisan professor, in Galileo's absence, told the Medici (the
ruling family of Florence as well as Galileo's employers) that belief in a
moving earth was heretical."
The scientific
fact that the earth moves around the sun has become common knowledge, but for
not understanding that truth, righteous judgement was executed on the innocent.
"In 1614
a Florentine priest denounced Galileists from the pulpit. Galileo wrote a long,
open letter on the irrelevance of biblical passages in scientific arguments,
holding that interpretation of the Bible should be adapted to increasing
knowledge and that no scientific position should ever be made an article of
Roman Catholic faith."
Early in 1616,
Copernican books were subjected to censorship by edict, and the Jesuit cardinal
Robert Bellarmine instructed Galileo that he must no longer hold or defend the
concept that the earth moves.

So it has been
for centuries, the bare notion of the church not having control and dictating
the intellectual direction of humanity, has led this institution to impose on
the progress of learning. It has tried in many ways to stop the unstoppable,
which is the natural desire to know and apply knowledge; to grow and explore;
to go beyond the established or already discovered boundaries. True creativity
has always been threatened by the righteous dictates of religious authority.
The action
taken by the Church against Galileo in 1614 has been, for almost 400 years, an
embarrassment to the Holy Roman Catholic Church. In its recent rash of
apologies, for all manners of crimes against humanity, Pope John Paul II, in
1992, admitted to the world the Churches wrongdoing and reversed the
condemnation of Galileo. Without the
blessings of the Church Galileo is now known as one of the greatest contributor
to modern science.
One of the
most important ingredients in the process of rehabilitation is clear thinking
in assessing what has caused the disorder, in the first place, or the root
cause. A clear analysis of the root cause must be made without any conflict or
confusion with the instruments of the study, or avoiding prejudice in judgment
on the part of those conducting the analysis, so as to have honest results. In
reference to the Bible, the word of God, there are some problems with the way
it lends its self to interpretation. It seems as if most of us have read the
Bible with the presumption that it is the word of God, so, it would be against
God's divine order to apply critical or analytical thought to it, just like we
would any other type of literature.
For many, a sense of a 'blind faith attitude has replaced common sense,
reasonability, and the like. It is well known that conflict in biblical text
and the resulting confusion displayed by Churches, or any of the different
types of religious institutions, results primarily are shown in schisms,
violent competition and other disorders found among religious people today.
There is no centrality, universality, or unity in any of the so-called
established religions or theological teachings. In every one of these
institutions there is a break down of, or, a splintering of, the main body, or
mother church, by means of internal conflict. Maybe this process is a part of
the pathological, irrational and confusing ways god is been portrayed, as in
his biography, written by his 'inspired' authors.
It is said 'the Bible is the word of God, if that was the case the
chapters would all have the same author "God." Giving his views
purely as an autobiographical work. But what we have is a collection of works,
packaged in a biographical format: describing, and supposedly, documenting
conversations between an invisible God and others. The emotional and other
characteristics of God is described, which still does not make the bible his
word, but a collection of documents, some conflicting each other. Yet, the
Bible said no one saw his face. Except through "inspiration," which
has a very elastic definition, none of the writers in the Bible met God
personally. It is important also to keep in mind that a large portion of the
Bible is describing what is happening in someone’s dreams. Revelation, the
whole book, is a prime example.
First things first, "in the beginning," who was there to
document this most dramatic moment? Who was the real author documenting the
first words from God's lips "let there be light."
Not to mention the dramatic "In the beginning God created the
heavens and the earth" Genesis 1:1. If no heaven or earth was created yet,
where were God and his company? Not in heaven, for sure, because heaven was not
in existence at that moment, according to the Bible.
Who could have been there, when, according to the book, nothing was
made yet. Except for the "Spirits" or other Gods God was talking to.
No human was made yet. The "Us" mentioned was not described or
introduced in any identifiable way. Bear in mind also that Moses, the one said
to have been the author of Genesis was yet unborn, his great grandfather was
not yet in existence.
Before Mosses birth, Egypt, Africa was already a world superpower
exporting high sciences and refine culture to the world. Moses could not have
been a witness to events that happened before his birth, unless by some
exaggerated stretch of the imagination. Besides, no rational mind can conceive
of this story as been literal or factual unless the mind is conditioned to accept
any belief as fact.
The conversation taking place in the Bible's first dialogue, where God,
conversing with some one, possible his Goddess, is talking out loud, in the
earshot of the author, contemplating the start of his grandest project yet,
creating man to reflect himself. "Let us make man in our own image"
he suggested. To whom he spoke is left to speculation. 'Let us' suggest that
since the 'making of man' has a more than subtle suggestion of sexual
reproduction, male and female, God, unthinkable to most Christians, could have
been making a suggestion to his Goddess, which would seem logical.
Unfortunately, logic and religion does not get along too well.
I know this idea is a far fetched one to the religiously conservative
mind, but only because the traditional perception of God is that he is asexual,
sex-phobic or, except for the reference "him," not she, he seems void
of any sexuality, to some he is sexless. The idea of god having sexual relation
is blasphemous especially to born-again believers.
Belief and faith is not enough to suffice a rational mind to accept
that this is historical.
Confusion comes too often in the conflicting choices from we have to
choose. The inability to differentiate myth from reality poses a serious
problem for bible believers. Given that at an early stage in our childhood we
all were initiated into the world of European religious brainwashing
techniques. Thought conditioning, tailor-made for the perpetual domination of
the African psyche, with great emphasis on religious and spiritual life, The
primary document for enforcing draconian mind control, behavior modification
techniques, on Africans, and others, was and still is "the Bible."
For the most part the effects of European colonial techniques remain with us
today and will be for some time to come.
Here is a list of bible contradictions that help to foster discord and
schism among people who have a religious devotion to them:
The First Dysfunctional Family
The stigma of a dysfunctional family has a very negative bearing in
this Christian society.
The general view is that Eve, curious as you know women are, was
inspired by the desire to know the deference between good and evil.
Persuaded by a serpent she finally eats of the god-forbidden tree of
good and evil. This made god very upset to the point where he evicted both Eve
and her husband, Adam, who was seduced by his wife in participating in this
most heinous crime of knowing good and evil. Homelessness is a contributing
factor in dysfunctional behavior. To make matters worst Adam and Eve, the first
couple, had two sons, the first set of kids ever, or so we thought! But lo and
behold the first brothers did not get along with each other very well at all.
Cain finally lost it and, in a jealous rage, hit Able so hard it killed
him.
Ge 4:8 And Cain talked with Abel his brother: and it came to pass, when
they were in the field, that Cain rose up against Abel his brother, and slew
him. The first homicide mentioned in the ‘good book’ is about brother killing
brother. This is a bad start.
God cursed Cain, who lost his mind for a while, but did pretty well for
himself later in his life by finding a wife in another land called Nod. He
built a city called Enoch, after the name of his son,
Ge 4:16 And Cain went out from the presence of the Lord, and dwelt in
the land of Nod, on the east of Eden.
Ge 4:17 And
Cain knew his wife; and she conceived, and bare Enoch: and he builded a city,
and called the name of the city, after the name of his son, Enoch.
Enoch, Cain’s son, Lived 365 years and did not see death, according to
the bible.
He 11:5 By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and
was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he
had this testimony, that he pleased God.
Cain was blessed, it seems, he had a very special son, Enoch. Imagine,
you thought he was cursed!
The Sabbath Day
Exodus 31 [15] Six days may work be done; but in the seventh is the Sabbath of
rest, holy to the LORD: whosoever doeth any work in the Sabbath day, he
shall surely be put to death.
The
frightening judgment of death, for violating the Sabbath, the holy day, has
been the foundation on which many have stood in their quest to take the
faithful to the most over sold destination ever, heaven. This passage, Exodus 31:15, has been used to terrorize
the minds and hearts of innocent souls in submitting their life to religious
pirates who manipulate their thoughts and money, in the name of something they
did not have the ability to resist or even understand. Crude psychological
techniques in the art of persuasion are at work.
The
overwhelming power of persuasion is used to promote fear, guilt, reducing the
individual to a helpless “sinner” who now needs a savoir to save his or her
soul from the doom of hell. This method of brainwashing, behavior modification
and conditioning using fear, were not sanctioned by the powers that be
(Government), it would be considered absolutely
criminal.
Obviously, a
large section of the Christian community does not take the command from god, to
keep the Sabbath holy, seriously. For those who claim to keep the Sabbath there
seems to be conflicting interpretations in the practicing of the rituals
relating to the Sabbath.
Some
Christians believe the Sabbath is Saturday, others believe it is Sunday.
Christians believe the Sabbath is a command from God, the father of Jesus. But,
as we will see, Jesus did not think much about the fuss made about the Sabbath.
The Jewish
religion worship on Saturday (Saturn-day, day for the worship of Saturn - Sun).
The Jewish religion gave rise to Christianity, evidence by the fact that many
Christians believe that the Bible was first written in Hebrew. Jesus was a Jew
but traditional Jewish religion does not find any merit in Jesus. Jews gave
Christians the bible. Each has opposing views about the value of the text. Jews
believe in only a fraction of the full text, mainly the first five books of the
Old Testament called the Torah. The rest of the Bible is not considered a part
of the catalogue of Hebrew scriptures. Bear in mind, also, that basically, all
the authors of the bible is said to be Jewish.
Matthew: 12 [1] At that time Jesus went on the Sabbath day through the corn; and
his disciples were an hungred, and began to pluck the ears of corn, and to eat.
[2] But when the Pharisees saw it, they said unto him, Behold, thy disciples do
that which is not lawful to do upon the sabbath day.
[3] But he said unto them, Have ye not read what David did, when he was an
hungred, and they that were with him;
[4] How he entered into the house of God, and did eat the shewbread, which was
not lawful for him to eat, neither for them which were with him, but only for
the priests?
[5] Or have ye not read in the law, how that on the sabbath days the priests in
the temple profane the sabbath, and are blameless?
John 5 [16] And therefore did the Jews persecute Jesus, and sought to slay
him, because he had done these things on the sabbath day.
[17] But Jesus answered them, My Father worketh hitherto, and I work.
[18] Therefore the Jews sought the more to kill him, because he not only had
broken the sabbath, but said also that God was his Father, making himself equal
with God.
[19] Then answered Jesus and said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you,
The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do: for what
things soever he doeth, these also doeth the Son likewise.
Jesus is simply saying "no big deal" to those who are
accusing him of violating the sabbath. He supports his actions drawing
references to David, the priests and even God, his father who, he says, does
the same. “My Father worketh hitherto, and I work.” Is there any wonder that
less than half of the Christian world observe the Sabbath? Why are there so
many different interpretations and confusions about which is the right way to
practice the Sabbath, and which day it is? People will always find a convenient
way to fix troubling thoughts and one of the easier way out of this dilemma,
usually, is superstitious belief.

Not much
attention is given to the queen of heaven. No merit is given to her in the
bible. No reference is given about a female comparative to God. No clear
indication that God, the father, had any kind of affectionate or sexual
relationship with a queen or goddess. The question of God’s anti-woman politics
comes to the fore when we observe God’s reaction to the two only reference to a
female comparative to God, “Queen of Heaven” and other reference to
“Goddesses”.
Jeremiah seems
to be the only one brave enough to address this very controversial issue. In
the book of Jeremiah, Chapter seven verses 17-20 we find God in one of his
frequent bad moods. This time he is more than just pissed-off. It seems as if
God has just discovered that families have developed a tradition, over
generations, of worshiping the queen of heaven. Now, the average healthy minded
person would suppose that God would give his blessings to such a festive family
occasion, honoring what would sound like his female counterpart, hence,
establishing that ‘Ying yang’ balance so amiss in established religions.
Surprising to say God would have none of this
merriment. His objective is to crash the party and punish participants with the
vengeance of his wrath. His reaction reflects the mind of an angry; jealous
divorced man who boils with envy: who yearns for the kind of attention given to
his divorced wife, the queen of heaven. Here, in Jeremiad’s account, the text
speaks graphically for its-self.
“Diana of the
Ephesians, a Greek Goddess more commonly called Artemis, was the
Mother-Goddess, an emblem of fertility. Her chief temple located in Ephesus,
was one of the seven wonders of the ancient world. There was an idol of her in
this temple probably carved out of a meteorite.”

Goddess Diana,
accordion to the Heritage Edition of the Holy Bible, was worshiped by many
individuals. She was a Goddess with clout, so small idols was made of her,
which developed into a thriving trade. The same could be said about the
lucrative trade Christians now enjoy profiting from selling idols of Saints,
Mary and Jesus. In this case there seems to be no conflict between idol
worshipers behavior then comparison to now. This shows that idol worship and
idol trade from ancient times, to this time, has been a profitable trade for
religion.
Goddesses are mentioned in some passages but their relationship with God is never one that can be described as amiable or friendly in any way.
Ac 19:24 For a certain man named Demetrius, a
silversmith, which made silver shrines for Diana, brought no small gain unto
the craftsmen;
Acts19 [27] So
that not only this craft is in danger to be set at nought; but also that the
temple of the great goddess Diana should be despised, and her magnificence
should be destroyed, whom all Asia and the world worshippeth.
Acts 19:28 And when they heard these sayings, they
were full of wrath, and cried out, saying, Great is Diana of the Ephesians.
Acts 35 And
when the townclerk had appeased the people, he said, Ye men of Ephesus, what
man is there that knoweth not how that the city of the Ephesians is a
worshipper of the great goddess Diana, and of the image which fell down from
Jupiter.
“And the world live happily ever after.” God’s in love, imagine that.

EX. 25:18 And thou shalt make two cherubims of gold; of beaten work shalt thou
make them.

1Ki
6:26 The height of the one cherub

1Ki
6:27 And he set the cherubims
within the inner house: and they stretched forth the wings of the cherubims, so
that the wing of the one touched the one wall, and the wing of the other cherub
touched the other wall; and their wings touched one another in the midst of the
house.
1Ki
6:28 And he overlaid the
cherubims with gold.
1Ki
6:29 And he carved all the walls
of the house round about with carved
figures
of cherubims and palm trees and open flowers, within and without.
Cher’ub
n. winged child. Angel – Webster’s New Dictionary, 1977.
A cherubim in this case refers to the image of an angel made
from gold and beaten wood. Exodus 20:4 instructed not to do such a thing. Thou
shalt not make any graven image (carved, engraved) but Exodus 25:18 gives the
opposite instruction to make a graven image from gold and wood. Weather in sculpted profiles or engraved
works of art graven images are found everywhere in the Christian world today.

Bible Verses
It is said
that if fifty million people believe a foolish thing, it is still a foolish
thing. It is also said “the fool say in his heart there is no God, foolish and
corrupted are they…” on the other hand, one could say, justifiably, even fools
can see that there are many Gods. A matter of fact, it is also obvious, many
that believe in God are very corrupt. So you see, inspire what we were told, there
are deferent sides to the story.
The bible
stores have had, to varying degrees, some kind of effect on our thoughts since
early childhood.
The majority
who claim to believe it is the “word” from God; who claim to live by
inspiration from its pages, know very little about the text. There are numerous
passages in the bible that is popular, common, and recited on reflex by the
average believer, trying to impress the unbeliever. Using words they lack the
originality to create for themselves, trying to use phrases they do not
understand, to appear as if confident in what they think they understand.
In fact, Pope
Leo X, privy to the truth because of his high rank, made this curious
declaration, "What profit has not that fable
of Christ brought us!"http://www.truthbeknown.com/footnote.htm

1Tim 1:4 Neither
give heed to fables and endless genealogies, which minister questions, rather
than godly edifying which is in faith: so do.
For those who
doubt that the bible is non-historical and base on a fictional foundation, not
a real life event, should reflect, or refresh their minds on the definition of
the word “fable” before reading this passage.
From Webster’s New Twenty-Century Dictionary, I
have chosen two definitions from many. Any dictionary or encyclopedia, can be
used to verify the meaning of the word, they won’t differ much.
Fable defined:
1. “a
fictitious narrative intended to teach some moral truth or precepts, in which
animals and sometimes-inanimate objects are represented as speakers and
actors.”
2. “a story or
legend invented and developed by imagination or superstition and at one time
quite generally believed, but now known to be imaginary; a myth.”
Genesis, the
first book of the bible, describes a fable of a serpent conversing with Eve
who, earlier in the story, was created from the spare rib of Adam. He,
obviously, was able to spare a rib; loosing one did not seem to bother him any.
Ge 3:1 Now the serpent was more subtil than any
beast of the field which the Lord God had made. And he said unto the woman,
Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?
Ge 3:2 And the woman said unto the serpent, We
may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden:
Ge 3:3 But of the fruit of the tree which is in the
midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye
touch it, lest ye die.
Ge 3:4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye
shall not surely die:
Ge 3:5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat
thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good
and evil.
Mt 10:16 Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the
midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.
The wisdom of the serpent is prominently featured in myth and fables.
Jesus, himself, encouraged his followers to be wise as a serpent. If the
serpent is the devil, then the logic would conclude: Be wise as the devil.
1. [8] The trees went forth on a time to anoint a king over them; and they
said unto the olive tree, Reign thou over us.
2. [9] But the olive tree said unto them, Should I leave my fatness,
wherewith by me they honour God and man, and go to be promoted over the trees?
3. [10] And the trees said to the fig tree, Come thou, and reign over us.
4. [11] But the fig tree said unto them, Should I forsake my sweetness,
and my good fruit, and go to be promoted over the trees?
5. [12] Then said the trees unto the vine, Come thou, and reign over us.
6. [13] And the vine said unto them, Should I leave my wine, which
cheereth God and man, and go to be promoted over the trees?
7. [14] Then said all the trees unto the bramble, Come thou, and reign
over us.
8. [15] And the bramble said unto the trees, If in truth ye anoint me king
over you, then come and put your trust in my shadow: and if not, let fire come
out of the bramble, and devour the cedars of Lebanon.

Silly Bible Passages
1:4 Paul
advises us to ignore "fables and endless genealogies." The Bible is
primarily a book of fables and endless genealogies: Gen. 10, 1 Chr. 1-9, Mt. 1,
Luke. 3
1Ti 4:1 Now the Spirit
speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith,
giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;
1Ti 4:3 Forbidding to marry,
and commanding to abstain from meats, which God hath created to be received
with thanksgiving of them which believe and know the truth.
In the latter days some will loose faith to “doctrines of devils” like vegetarianism.
Paul: Bodily exercise is of
little profit.
1Ti 4:7 But refuse profane and old wives' fables, and exercise
thyself rather unto godliness.
1Ti 4:8 For bodily exercise
profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise
of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.
1Ti 4:9 This is a faithful
saying and worthy of all acceptation.
Is
Money the Root of Evil?
Paul says that
the love of money is the source (root) of all evil. But Ecclesiastics 10: 19 says
money is the answer to all things.
1Ti 6:10 For the love of money is the root of all
evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and
pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
Ec 10:19 A feast is made for laughter and wine
maketh merry: but money answereth all things.
Paul, again,
is in fantasyland. Not all evil is associated with money. If money is the root of all evil, what
responsibility do we place on thought, the mind?
Money, like a
gun, which is said to kill people, are objects without life or thought. Man, on
the other hand, in applying thought, make and manipulate money and guns. The
human mind more fits the source of evil, it is silly to think money is.
Bible: Gaudy Vulgarity
The King James Bible is a version of the Vulgate,
(Vulgate n. 4th c. Latin version of the Bible made by St. Jerome) an earlier version of the Greek
version of the Bible. It is refereed to as the vulgate, meaning, from vulgar
tongue or vulgar language spoken by the common folks.
Vulgar a. of

New Dictionary, 1977.
Ge 24:2 And Abraham said unto his eldest servant

Ge 24:3 And I will make thee swear by the Lord, the God of heaven, and
the God of the earth, that thou shalt not take a wife unto my son of the
daughters of the Canaanites, among whom I dwell:
Ge 24:9 And the servant put his hand under the
thigh of Abraham his master, and sware to him concerning that matter.
"put your hand under my
testicles," was the traditional manner in which oaths was taken in those
days ; "testament," "testify," and "testicle"
have the same etymological root meaning. Swearing on the two testments of the bible is symbolically
swearing by the testicles (under the
thigh). Traditions do evolve.

please me, and take hold of my covenant;
Is 56:5 Even unto them will
I give in mine house and within my walls a place and a name better than of sons
and of daughters: I will give them an everlasting name, that shall not be cut
off. (No pun intended).
If you have your testicles or penis damaged, or cut off, you
will be cut off from meeting with the Lord. But, on the other hand, if
castrated men are willing to do what pleases the Lord they will be rewarded
with an “everlasting name”. That name won’t be cut off. (How many applicants

Paul advises
us to stop drinking water. Only a fool would heed such nonsense. Rather, he
says that we should drink wine for our "stomach's" sakes.
1Ti 5:23 Drink no longer water, but use a little
wine for thy stomach's sake and thine often infirmities.
Pr 20:1 Wine
is a mocker, strong drink is raging: and whosoever is deceived thereby is not
wise.
Mat. 6:25
Jesus said that we should not concern ourselves with material things. Paul
disagree with Jesus by saying that anyone who behaves in this way is “worse
than an infidel."
Jesus speaks:
Mt 6:25 Therefore
I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye
shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on.
Paul speaks:
1Ti 5:8 But if any provide
not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the
faith, and is worse than an infidel.
The relationship between the word religion and the word confusion is
not only that they rhyme but also that they are social twins. Theo and its
allergies (Theology) manifest hordes of
confusing symptoms of, The bible says "God is NOT the author of confusion
. ." I CORINT. 14:33
But Moses said in Ge 11:9: Therefore is the name of it called Babel;
because the Lord did there confound (confuse) the language of all the earth:
and from thence did the Lord scatter them abroad upon the face of all the
earth.
So, is God the athor of confusion?
